Clay Coleman

Clay has been a board member of the No Walls Ministry since 2022, and a supporter of No Walls Ministry programs and initiatives since 2019. He comes to the board with 38 years of experience in Information Technology (IT). Throughout his career, and as a business owner, he was involved with operations, management, and technical sales for business software and infrastructure.
He has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Economics from Elon University. He pursued additional postgraduate education in Economics at The University of Lynchburg. During his career in IT, Clay worked closely with businesses to understand intricate details of their operational needs and apply solutions using off-the-shelf and customized business software. He retired from business in June of 2020.
Clay is a follower and obedient servant of the Lord Jesus Christ and a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. He was called by the Lord to help people in need effectively connect with people and organizations who serve and has a clear vision of what needs to be done. In September of 2019, he started Community Mountain, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and serves as Executive Director. Community Mountain seeks to effectively link people in need with people and organizations who serve. The aim is to play a role in moving our community to a higher level of sustainability for all, by way of fellowship/koinonia, education/workforce, health/wellbeing, and sports/arts/humanities.
Since 1988 Clay has been married to Laura Glass Coleman, raising three wonderful children. Focusing on love, unity, hope, and justice, Clay and Laura have a heart for helping people.
