Ron was a No Walls Ministry board member from 2015 to 2024 and served as President from 2021 to 2024. He is an elder at Mosaic Church in Lynchburg and the Vice President for Online Learning at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Ron holds a B.A. in Political Science from Texas Tech University and an M.S. in International Relations from Troy State University. He served his country as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force, attaining the rank of captain. Ron has also held senior leadership positions in prestigious private and public organizations.
Ron believes racial reconciliation, beginning with the church, is the Lord’s calling on his life, leading him to the No Walls Ministry. He says, “If we put God first, then racial reconciliation in the body of Christ is not only achievable but inevitable. All of us, black and white, must first dethrone the gods we have placed before Him in order to find healing.” Married since 1984, Ron and his wife Annik are the proud parents of two daughters and a son.
